Got my order wrong after 2 people had to take it...called to tell them my order was wrong and I was coming back and i asked if they could go ahead and remake it and it be ready by the time i got back up there..they informed they dont even know what i had and i needed to bring my receipt and sandwiches...no apology..so I go up there and the one making my new sandwich is holding her head like it hurts and has to be told to start making my sandwich..an employee who is eating in the dining room chimes in and questions if I got the sandwiches from this location even tho i have my receipt and she isn't even involved the conversation..and then tells me it was rung up right and they dont know how it happened...I understand mistakes happen...but these employees know nothing about customer service...they could have cared less for the inconvenience..no apology..no nothing ...its ur job to pretend at least like u care...!

Was a very good sandwich. It was a Baja Turkey with smashed avocado sandwich with Chipotle sauce on the side. The only complaint I have is not enough turkey. I had one slice and had to look for it on the sandwich.

I can’t get anyone to take my order. They aren’t even doing their jobs. I will never come to this subway again after this experience.

I ordered online for counter pick-up and pre-paid for my order. I arrived to discover that the store was actually closed for remodeling, but there were a couple of employees inside. I called the restaurant from the parking lot 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready for pickup. They had not started making it yet. It took more than an hour to get 2 sandwiches.

My order and sandwich were wrong, I was given expired, rotten white milk (I asked for chocolate) that smelled and looked curdled, and my boyfriend bit into his wrap and found hair. The employees seemed very aggravated to serve us and didn't care. Overall unsatisfied. The order was a pickup order and we had 30 minutes before we even arrived, so there was PLENTY of time to make 1 sandwich and 1 wrap, and to have it done correctly. I'd recommend going to a different subway, or just a different restaurant in general. Their demeanor and attitudes were very obviously careless, and they just wanted customers to leave. Please spend your money and time somewhere else.

Location was dirty on the floors. Workers inattentive to customers. Not a usual "subway" vibe. I usually love subway, but I also found the vegetables to be of sub-par freshness. B- Rating.

Great sandwiches. I have had one experience where they left out my cookies that I ordered. But overall they do a good job!
