As a child, I LOVED going to the Shoneys near me for their breakfast buffet (especially their strawberry shortcakes with whipped cream)! Was very excited to find this one as I was traveling and was even more excited to find they still serve the same breakfast buffet. Food was still as good as I remember it being, staff was very nice, and the place was cheap. Was very happy to eat here.
Shoneys is a legendary restaurant for the Southern states. I always look forward to eating there whenever I am near one. Unfortunately, they were offering their seafood buffet and I am allergic to seafood. I ordered breakfast food just to be safe. The flap jacks were thick and fluffy. They were really good. I also had a Philly steak and cheese egg white omelette. It was pretty tasty. The staff were really sweet and helpful. I really enjoyed my visit here.
