With a brand new remodel, the restaurant is nice and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. The food tasted good. However, I went to use the bathroom and the men’s stall they have a handwashing sink, but there’s no paper towels you have to go outside of the stall into the general area of the restroom to dry your hands. I feel like there should be either paper towels or a hand dryer inside the men’s stall.
The Burger King was very busy during my visit, but the experience was made much better thanks to employee T. While the kitchen was working hard to keep up, T frequently checked in on guests and kept a positive, friendly attitude. Her kindness and patience made the wait for the food enjoyable. Kudos to T for providing great customer service during a busy time.
They're always quick with my order. I see smiles about 90% of the time I go there & they're getting reconstruction done to make it more modern(i think)
Food is hot and fresh. Mobile order work great. Can't dine in now because of renovation. Drive thru only.
Hands down the best Burger King I’ve ever been to, the food was fresh, hot AND customer service was very professional.
The employees here do an amazing job of serving quality food, as quickly as possible and with great customer service and attitude to match. Great crew!
My favorite for a bacon double cheeseburger. But for the most part the fries are always lukewarm and greasy.

Never had a problem with this location up Until very recently. I have gotten the Original Chicken Sandwich, Whopper, and Whopper Junior a few times over the past year and have immediately noticed a decline in the already average quality.
About 2 months ago I got a chicken sandwich after our kids' baseball game and it was so dried out and overcooked that the "meat" inside was almost unrecognizable.
We gave them another try 2 weeks ago. My husband's Whopper came out sloppy but tasted fine, I got mid way through mine before realizing half of it was still so cold it was almost frozen.
Yesterday we stupidly decided to try ONE last time and of course our entire family of 4's "Big King" burgers were not only completely burnt on the bottoms but they're also somehow the same size as a Whopper Jr? Really? Pretty misleading name for something a fraction of the size of a Big Mac and with no flavor besides charred meat.
Definitely have learned our lesson and won't be giving them another shot. Everyone has their off days, but when it's EVERY time ... something is clearly wrong and needs to be remedied.

Stopped by here the other day after our kids' baseball game which lasted until 9:45pm. Wasn't much else open so we decided to give this a shot again. Seems like it's under new management, new faces at the drive thru and food is back to being the quality you'd expect from a Burger King.
No more burnt or frozen patties, everything seems to be back to normal, so I upped my review from 2 to 4 stars.
This is a great Burger King! There usually pretty accurate and if not they will gladly fix it. I’ve never had a problem with rudeness but mind you this isn’t a 5 star restaurant. It’s fast food. As far as burgers being any colder then McDonald’s there about the same. Once it’s thrown on the bun with all them toppings it loses its heat quick. At any fast food burger place.
