We visited this branch for a nice and delicious lunch on Saturday. We went for two Burgers (Avocado Bacon and Burning Love Burger with chicken) and bottomless garlic Parmesan fries and salads. Easily accessible from the main road West New Haven not far from I-95 exit East Bound, plenty of free parking including for handicap accessible vehicles.
Restaurant was clean and well staffed with friendly employees who were adhering to all COVID GUIDELINES as required.

I ordered a long island as my drink. It was pretty weak compared to how long islands usually are. I had the master cheese burger for my entree and it didn't disappoint. Service was a little slow for a not so crowded day

Good burgers and fries. Nice, friendly staff. They advertise unlimited fries but they give you plenty and we were too full to reorder though they offered. Get a side of garlic or chipotle aioli to dip them in.
I've been here many times and still love this place. They offer mall employee discounts (with business card), which is perfect because they are so close to my work. I had the turkey bacon avocado sandwich and it was delicious, and still got the unlimited fries! It's a must try item.
The burger was cook just right.. It was juicy. There fries are so much better when you get the extra, extra, extra, extra, extra crispy. Try the lettuce wrap burger.
Food was okay, nothing to special especially for the price. Mac and Cheese was creamy but bland and they only have a caramel dipping sauce (extra charge) for their sweet potato fries.
