Another great visit to the West Linn Saloon. We had our usual vodka martinis and Manhattens along with big cheeseburgers and fries. I forgot to get the gentleman's name, but we received great table service just after opening at noon on Sunday, Jan 15 Hot food, pool table, dartboards, lottery.

Stopped in to kill sometime before a car tuneup, server was very friendly and made a mean bloody mary! Definitely recommend.

The place has a great atmosphere. There is a neat covered outdoor patio out back where you can hang out, drink, smoke, etc with tables, outdoor heating and even a fire pit of sorts. Food and drinks are good at this establishment. The regular bartender is amazing! She works so hard because they dropped staff over this last year and now she has to cook the food, tend bar and serve people in the front outdoor area, inside the bar and out back. She does a great job keeping up with everyone and has an amazing attitude and great customer service skills. The owner slacks on keeping the propane tanks filled and heaters serviced. I was surprised that he barely could be bothered to change out the tanks when the outdoor heaters ran out. He had to be asked multiple times by several people before he only turned one on even though 3 ran out and the table fire pit ran out too. I would understand if he was busy, but that wasn't the case and it is winter so they were needed. He gave the impression he didn't care very much about customer service. Other than that, it seems to be a great place.

This place is my new favorite place to go in Clackamas county. Awesome location, staff, food, drinks, and atmosphere. Great singers for karaoke. They also have the best kj on Saturday nights. Thank you for everything

Longest running bar & grill in West Linn Willamette. Newly remodeled, but still comfortable and classic, with happy hour prices, shuffleboard, pool table, and darts.

I've been going to this place off and on for a year. Lately my girlfriend and I have been going on Fridays to play pool and unwind from the week. The girls behind the bar are fairly busy and try to be attentive but it still takes some time to get a drink. I'm not so sure about the food yet. I'll get back when I feel brave enough. But it is a typical dive bar and that what we like about it

Ordered the filet with a side salad (menu stated it came with fries, seasonal veggies, bread, and soup or salad) and a seasonal cocktail Pros: Saloon vibes without the dingey/dirty feel Nice location Clean Nice decor Good music at a pleasant volume Food was flavorful and appropriate temperature Bartender was friendly enough Cocktail was delicious Prices were decent Comfortable temperature Cons: Steak was a touch over cooked Menu stated it came with fries but I didn't get any (which realistically was fine since there was so much food) Salad was pretty mediocre (chopped romaine with a few tomato slices, cucumber slices, and croutons) Overall a good experience on a Monday night in August.

Loving this cozy little saloon in Old Town West Linn. My friend and I bellied up to the bar and had a grand ol' time meeting randoms and people watching. They have a pool table, a few slot machines and a dart board. The bar staff was attentive and friendly. We asked for water refills all night (trying to be responsible drinkers) and not once did they point us to the self-serve water station at the end of the bar. Which we didn't discover until then end of the night. Will be back soon!

Not a bad spot if you're in the mood for bar staples and a decent tap list. The menu is a notch or two above your typical dive, and the sliders, elote dip, and collards & artichoke dip are easy favorites that you don't find in similar haunts. I've gotten a fair amount of work done here from one of the booths toward the front, so if you need a quiet-ish place to snack and grind, this does the trick just fine. Five stars if you are looking for a slightly elevated dive experience - four if you like more fresh vegetable options and you're not quite ready to party.
