Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, the food was very delicious and clean, and they had good vegetarian options. I will go back. I had the sizzling tofu plate and the vegetarian sushi salad, and both were very good!

I've been bringing my lunch with me when I visited purdue, despairing of the possibility of finding anything gluten-free. But the last time I was up there I discovered Green Sprout. They have a wide array of very tasty asian fusion food (think of a cross between a sushi place and a korean bakery), including an impressive gluten-free menu (even gluten-free baked goods and sushi rice). The best are the 'rice-triangles': hot rice and tasty fillings, wrapped neatly in a nori triangle. They cost a bit over 2$ each, are pretty filling, and make nice finger food on a cold day.
