We arrived at 11:00am on a Sunday morning, the place was jumping. We were told 10-15 minute wait, we went back to the car to wait. Got the text to come back in to be seated in less than 4 minutes. Delicious food, excellent service, the perfect brunch! Get the gyro quesadillas! VERY GOOD!
Any place that serves breakfast at lunch wins points in my book. I've tried the Gyros Omelette, the Kitchen Sink Skillet, the Tex Mex Omelette, the Chorizo Omelette, the Fred the Butcher Skillet, the Triple Double, and the pancakes. Everything is great and portions are solid. As an added bonus, they have sugar free syrup available!
Beware around lunch time as they can be very busy and you might find yourself waiting around out front.
Casual and reasonably priced. Nice for family dining. Meals are served with one side with the option for a cup of soup or salad for a reasonable up charge. Meals are of average size and plating is average. The cheap price of the meals is slightly deceiving at first since only one side is included and portion size is average. Service was good. Nothing stands out as exceptional, it’s slightly above a mom and pop diner but below a Cheddar’s. Meals are similar in taste to cafeteria food. I could envision elderly enjoying dining here.
The soup was only 1.5 and it was awesome. The steak was flawless and mashed potato was delicious. I think they have good burgers too but I did not try them cause I was looking for steak.
This is a must-try place if you are in the area. They are very famous for their amazing, unique breakfasts. Big portions at reasonable prices. Great service. Always busy. We stop there for at least one meal every time we visit our son at Purdue.
A nice neighborhood diner. The food is good and you can get breakfast all day. It's locally owned by a family that has been in West Lafayette for a while. It's a comfortable place that I go to a lot.
