Fast and accurate service but they do not have a drive thru. This location is within walking distance of the iconic Comedy Store and the Original Carneys smack in the middle of Hollywood on Sunset Blvd.

Been 6 years I was last at this coffee bean, I had the cookie butter iced, and what a treat. I came away completely satisfied and happy. So scrumptious!

The guy behind the counter is very friendly but his coffee is not helping him. The milk is too foammie, the beans is too dark roasted and the only thing you taste is a deep bitterness. Was passing by and stopped by. Do not recommend if you like to enjoy a real cup of coffee.

Christmas day was going great , until I was served by Michelle (cashier) she was very rude only because I switched my order from Coffee to Tea . She was bothered by this very simple task .
This girl has very poor customer service skills and on Christmas day ? How sad for her !
If there's a Manager at this location retrain her so that she can learn to treat customers right .

Super easy parking and pick up, the staff is nice there is a nice outside area where you can sip your coffee and people watch.
A great option if you wanna take a walk and hang out with your dog for a little bit or grab some coffee with a friend.

Said I needed a mask even though the mask mandate ended on Friday. For some reason I need a mask to order a drink but a second later it’s ok to take it off and eat and drink my food inside lol please 🤡

after February 15, the law came out no masks but these illiterates did not sell me coffee because I did not have a mask, but in front of me and after me they sold coffee to other customers
