Shout out to Anthony for fixing an order that I misordered. He made my day! I will definitely come back to this Starbucks because of him.
It's a Starbucks so you know what to expect. It's a new location but the service was still good. It didn't feel new at all. The inside looks cozy and there is high seating and low seating. Both times I've went so far, I've ordered ahead and it was on time and no wait. I didn't have to interact with the employees much, so I can't speak on behalf of that yet. As soon as I do, I will update this.
I go to this Starbucks all the time since it’s so close to me! The staff are so friendly and kind. Since the spelling of my name was wrong on my order she offered to put my last name on there with a sharpie :) I highly recommend that all of you try this place
I ordered ahead on the app, but when I got there, they told me they hadn't received it. Unfortunately, all of the orders people placed ahead didn't go through. I know it wasn't the team's fault, but this is the 3rd time something like this has happened at this location. I have ordered ahead, had my receipt, went in to pick it up, and was told that mobile ordering was turned off, so they didn't get my order. I didn't understand how I could place my order, yet mobile ordering was turned off! Oh well, again, it's not their fault. It's just inconvenient when I have to get to campus lol.
