Went in this morning and staff was very unfriendly and kind of rude. I went to grab my mobile order and it wasn't ready so I waited for someone to ask and no one acknowledged me. When I got their attention they seemed annoyed. Very unusual for a starbucks

It's a Starbucks so you know what to expect. It's a new location but the service was still good. It didn't feel new at all. The inside looks cozy and there is high seating and low seating. I go to this Starbucks all the time since it’s so close to me! The staff are so friendly and kind. Since the spelling of my name was wrong on my order she offered to put my last name on there with a sharpie :) I highly recommend that all of you try this place

I’m so tired of getting poor customer service at Starbucks. Not only do the employees treat you poor, they can’t make a drink properly. I watched the guy making my drink pour out half of the drink. Waste of time & money. Won’t be going back. Time to shop local.

Pulled up at 8:35 and despite their hours advertised till 9, they closed early. The two locking the door said due to Covid staff shortages... when are you going to stop pulling to Covid card or just change your advertised hours.
