This place needs an update, the containers holding food look old and unsanitary. The company needs to help this place. I purchased the Lobster Roll. Really bad, my dog refused it. The ad hanging outside showed large chunks of Lobster... what I received looked like ground cat food and tasted and smelled nothing like any kind of fish. Sorry guys, wish I could be more upbeat. The service was great! Staff friendly!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had here. First the employee (I believe he is new cuz I come here often) making my sandwich did a horrible job. It looks like it was mangled. Than I was getting some dipping sauce in a to go container and the top was barely on so the lid fell off and I got sauce all over my clothes. That same employee asked if I wanted a wet rag which was nice but he comes back with a dirty stained wet rag for me to use. He didn’t even get his supervisor to check on me. I can’t even believe the service I was treated here today.

Quiznos done right is super tasty and if you luck into no line and a good worker this one can be. But again today around 11:45am I tried to get lunch for gkids but only 1 employee on duty which is common and several people in line, I could not wait 20 min for two sandwiches with antsy kids so I gave up. It’s mysterious why owners care so little about operations. Years ago they would have 4 workers on and always busy but many customers have given up on this location.

While the sandwiches here are good the customer service is insanely poor. Both the employees working and the manager are always so rude. They barely speak one word to you when you order and they never ask if I’d like anything on my sandwich before wrapping it up. Based on others reviews I know I’m not alone in this, I think corporate needs to take a look at this location and make it a more welcoming sandwich shop!
