What a disappointment. This is not the first time nor second time. Not even the third time, This is the fourth and last time. From rude staff members, orders being wrong & running out of bread. We finally got the straw that broke the camel's back. We shall no longer patronize that place. Just a waste of time. The owner just so happens to own 3 more in close proximity to this location. That I am aware of, but could be more. With all the on goings we have spoken with him a few times. This location is running neck & neck with the Eastland shopping center Subway for sure. Even though the name on the marquee may look the same. What goes on inside and behind the counter is totally different. Just remember you are going to consume your purchase. So make sure you are getting what you are paying for.

The young lady was rude asking the customer behind me to step up and order in conflict with social distancing. When told he needs to wait until I moved to the next station she motioned him forward to stand within a few inches from me. Food great, as usual and the young man preparing my sandwich was great.

Today was a good day. Today my wrap was so good, just like i like it. it has been a very long time since i have had a great looking wrap. every time i get one i usually have a sloppy and ugly wrap and the sandwich artist is usually rude. Today she was very professional and you can tell in her food prep. Thank you young lady for making my day a good day. My wrap was delicious!
