Review Carl's Jr. - West Covina

Best Whoppers we ever had at a Carl's Jr. In the area. They were very fresh and made perfectly. Thank you to the workers who work there on the day I went there on January 17th 2022 at about 3:15 pm.

They always come in clutch when it gets late night and McDonald's closes or only takes cash this Carl's Jr always friendly staff and takes card. The food quality is good I just wish the company itself will make a little cheaper so it's easier to compete with the other big names.

I come here pretty often since its down the street from my dad's house. I went thru drive thru and asked if they still had the $5.99 super star combo, the kid in drive thru said yes. that's what I ordered but upgraded to LG. I paid with my EBT and when I looked at the receipt he charged me almost $14. the sign on window stated it was $5.99. I told the guy it was supposed to be $5.99, he said not for the LG size. so he charged me $6 to upgrade to a LG? I went inside and asked to see the manager, he said he wasn't there he was gone for the day. I tried calling to leave a VM.....it was full!!! I will be contacting DM manager as this is the first time I've ever had this problem, being that there is no manager and only this kid and the cook on site I could see why he feels it's ok to overcharge people as he sees fit!

Edit: The people who work at this location are rude. I'm standing there waiting for my order to be taken and they keep walking past me and not taking my order and finally someone takes my order. When the cashier is taking my order someone comes and starts talking to her and having a conversation. They acted like I wasn't even standing there. I walked out without them finishing my order. The employees need training on customer service. I ordered fried zucchini & after taking my order the cashier Elias used his bare hands (no gloves) to get some zucchini and put it in the basket. He use that same hand to take my money then he handled my food. That is so unsanitary. He had the nerve to ask me if I wanted my food done over. The onion rings tastes stale & old.

Their food is always in fresh I hate to say it but this location needs a better management team their. And the facility is always dingy and dirty looking and smells for allowing the homeless to use their bathroom facility and they wash theme selves and make messes in front of my house and then go down the street and throw trash every were I have to clean up later what's up with this place allowing this it's very unprofessional as a buisness to allow this and their food is always cold or old looking the fries are good and that's about it sorry to say they should make something else their would be nice like a restaurant theirs not alot to eat at any more in the area it's all fast food .

Well first off my was wrong they charged us for 3 breakfast burgers even though we only got 2 breakfast burgers meals we didnt mind so I took it apart to feed my son and when I took the bun off and looked at the patty this is what I found these little nasty looking bubbles on the patty which is SO NASTY I've never seen a texture like this on a patty in my life I couldnt finish my burger after I seen this and then to top it off my wife order a coffee and it was cold... I will never go here again it's unkempt and the food is not at Carl's jr standard

The food was cold, drink was stuffed with ice and prices seem to be more then other Carl's Jr. Plus drive-thru is backwards. Service was nice, disappointed with everything else

Good service, food was brought pretty quick. Restrooms are clean. They let me substitute a sirloin steak for a t-bone for my mother. Refilled my drink right away.
