I saw a big fly stayed on a Chocolate crossan! Inside the food showing glass cabinet. How a "clean" coffee shop like this!!

Employees are pretty nice. Love the candy they sell on holidays - very festive. Their products are all pricey but worth it.

Drive thru is EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY, EXTREMLY SLOW!! No way to exit drive thru once you commit. Barista's make the best, but the drive-thru is no joke! Don't get in the drive-thru unless you have 20-30 minutes. This is my third time experiencing this wait, at this location.

I ask for a cup of ice, they wanted to charge me for it n also I ask for a cup of water they wanted to charge for that too I been purchasing Starbucks for years never been charged for water or ice how disappointing!!

I walked into this store this morning at 9am and it is the 1st Starbucks that the cashier doesn't acknowledge the customer. I was the only customer in line while another customer picked up their mobile order. I waited patiently for a few minutes as I saw that the cashier was busy with something on the register and the staff members were busy preparing orders. A staff member behind the cashier starts talking to her, they both look at me, and they go back to doing their thing without acknowledge my presence or saying something around the lines of "Thank you for waiting. We will be with you shortly".
