Ono Hawaiian Bbq

We wanted to have something different for dinner and not the usual fast food. This fit the bill perfectly. They have a small dining area or you can order online and get take out. Check their menu online. We had chicken katsu and kalbi short ribs. Both were really good! They have a kids menu too, called Keiki meals. Only complaint is i didnt know there was a self-serve area here where you choose what sauces/condiments you want. The server implied they were included in the bag with our food. I should have taken the time to look around, but i was in a bit of a hurry. So we had to eat our food without the katsu sauce, which was disappointing to my friend. It was still a good meal, though.

This is the third time that they give me a burnt chicken. Also the chicken was cold. Why you can’t put a little more of effort on your job? You live of the money that you earn on your job, you feed yourself and your family with that money. Why you can’t appreciate that you have a job while many people in this moment of crisis are having a very difficult and sad time because they’re unemployed?

The employees are very rude took 2 1/2 hours for my food to come I called to check on my food the employees 1 girl refused to give me her name hung up on me I called back and the phone was off the hook I called again a guy named jared was super rude laughed at me when I told him about his poor customer service I called the manager bridget she laughed as well and hung up on me don’t give them service they will treat u bad bridget charged my card twice

I recently started eating here & every since I been hooked on it! They have great portions size & the food is delicious but this restaurant lacks good customer service. The employees there don’t make you feel welcomed, can be rude & one thing they tend to do is never answer the phones! I always call ahead since they do take 20-30 minutes for your order to be ready. This Sunday I called 76 times & no answer! I decided to head to the restaurant and there was only one customer with a few employees working. This behavior makes you not even want to stop by for food & it’s unfortunate because it’s actually really good.

I love this place but the customer service is really bad did a order by phone they put me on hold for almost 15 minutes then when I got down to the store I paid for the order and they made me wait another 30 minutes knowing my food was just sitting there smh hope the customer service steps up there game before I call the boss get rid of non hard workers
