Helpful and friendly staff accommodated my modification with grace and ease - substituted egg white for whole egg. And of course the coffee is fabulous! Easy stop while OTR 😎

this review is for the assistant manager Trevor that works at this location i was on a lunch break and stopped at Panera to order something to eat Trevor was amazing he has excellent customer service, outstanding up sale skills and i believe he is one of the reasons this location continues to thrive with business!
i appreciate him being patient with me as i asked different questions about the menu items i really didn't have to ask much he basically filled in all the questions i had i ended up forgetting something by the time i went to the pick up window for my sandwich and he had no problem helping me add additional items to my order. in general the staff is really polite the women working at the window who greeted me was nice and also had good customer service about herself as well i called in to let the management team know how amazing Trevor was I'm glad to know he is a manager there he deserves it!

The workers this morning were a step above the average. They were very cheerful and helpful. It was nice to see a great attitude along with fantastic customer service. Hannah went out of her way to help customers, so refreshing. Kaitlyn also gave great customer service. Thank you!

Came in right at closing. Staff was super friendly and food was delicious. After leaving, I realized I left my purse at an outside table (sat outside so we wouldn't hinder the closing process.) I called and they checked for me and waited until we returned to pick it up. Thank you P!
