Arby's

I always leave a good tip for the great employees. They are fast,friendly and very courteous. Food is always fresh tasting and hot. Restaurant looks clean from my view. My family is never disappointed when I buy dinner or even lunch from Arby's. Thank you for your great hospitality. Keep up the awesomeness!

Let’s keep this short. 1) They did not get our order complete in the drive thru. (Had to go inside.) 2) They were completely ignoring the line inside. I waited 10-15 minutes—during which the older gentleman in front of me left, saying “guess I’ll just go home”—before so much as being acknowledged (and I had to speak up to even get that). 3) Once on the road again, I discovered a too-crunchy surprise in my chicken tender. (See photo.) I wasn’t aware rib bones were in the number 8 these days. Needless to say, I didn’t ring the bell on the way out.

DON'T GO THERE AT ALL!!! Never through the drive thru ever! You never know where your food has been or where the employees hand were before they touch your food. Go in to get your food and watch the unsanitary way this place operates. It's sickening!!!! Managers are not doing their jobs, the other employees chat about gosh knows what while your food sits cold. The friers are not timed so you get what they give you. Employees are digging in the trash then touching your food. Please don't go there to get sick. A negative ten (-10) would be a better scale.
