So this is a large hot chocolate which I feel screwed because there is a lot missing. I don't know why I keep going to this location. Only a few of them are nice and management is so rude. I'm done with this location and maybe Dunkins all together.

Absolutely magnificent service, everyone has a big smile on their face. It took them about five minutes on a busy Saturday to make the most delicious order of a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel, a power sandwich, a iced medium regular, avocado toast,and a sausage egg and cheese. The owner took time out of his beautiful Saturday To make sure his shop was running great. Be sure to leave a tip on your way out.

Tried to order at the drive through tonight and online it says they are open until 8pm. One girl gets on the speaker and with a very rude tone says "everything is shut down and thrown out because we close in 2 minutes..what can I get you?" I said im sorry it says online you are open until 8pm. Another girl gets on the speaker and again with a rude tone says that they close early because of covid. You could simply be nice and juat say you are about to close.
