Jersey Mike's Subs

I’ve always seen commercials for Jersey Mike’s Subs and I finally decided to try them out. The 2 young men working in front of store greeted me and politely helped me through the ordering process. They provided spot on recommendations for my sub sandwich and it turned out amazing! Nicely prepared; hot and fresh, pretty good portion for the price and quality. Next time I’ll come back and order a combo to try their sodas! Thanks guys :)

Serving people with no masks letting an individual stand 1 inch away from where all the fresh cut vegetables and everything is this place is a disaster. I walked out and suggest everybody to do the same. If they don’t care about this up front how bad are things in the back and the rest of their cleanliness. I have always liked jersey Mike’s subs but this is unacceptable. Pandemic super spreaders here. Gretchen should shut this place down immediately !!!!!

This review is based on customer service only and is relative to just a couple of the staff. I have frequented this location for years now, sometimes a couple times or so a week. Lately, the customer service has declined...acted like they were doing me a favor filling my order. Intend to contact the manager.

If I could give zero stars I would. It was 8:45 pm and they regularly close at 9 pm but apparently they decidedly to close early without warning or notice. We were looking for places to eat and decided to go to Jersey Mikes, something new for us, and as we pulled up to go down, 2 people(clearly not employees) were leaving which means that they are open, but they had the doors locked and the employees were cleaning up. We would’ve had plenty of time to order our food and leave before 9 pm because all it is is just a sandwich. If it was 5 minutes or less before 9 then I would understand but 15 minutes is too much.
