I use to love eating here until last week when I was eating inside and witnessed the girl behind the counter cross contaminating the cooked and raw chicken! So there is a cutting board right next to the grill top area where she was cutting up the cooked chicken. She then steps away with cooked chick

The thing that puts this spot above many others is the fresh Tortilla oh, they press it and steam the Masa right in front of you, it has a great chewy texture and flavor, the fillings are also very tasty, if given the choice between here and chipotle I would pick Pancheros every time.

We love Pancheros and have always ordered in store. I was trying to save time,so ordered in the car on my way. Super fast as I walked in 5 min after ordering figuring I'd wait a few minutes. When I got home I realized my bowl was missing the chicken and very light on veggies, salsa, etc overall. M

Nice enough chain Mexican Grill restaurant. This one was very clean, staff was nice, food was fresh. The tortilla had a nice flavor. Price is on the high side but the portions are big. Had a carnita burrito with rice, both types of beans, cheese & pick de gallo. No guac or queso tho!

I always order bowls the food is great, however the portions vary from full a scoop to a half scoop, it depends on who’s preparing my order. All preparers should be distributing almost the same amounts when preparing orders. Mine was way off the usual. Paying over $10 for my bowl I don’t want to fee

Would put this one above Taco Bell. Best part was the tortilla..little over priced fir the quality of the food
