The meal i’m eating right now is at least my 10th from Jessen’s. They’re a quality hometime american vibes deli. This sandwich isn’t the best i’ve had nor was the service the best. They can def improve. Plus everyone has good and bad days. I appreciate what they do. There’s not many deli’s around here that will provide what they can
My husband used to visit here a lot growing up. Stopped by on vacation & enjoyed an egg, bacon & cheese on the softest roll & fresh tasty chicken salad sandwich. Outstanding food & service. They even let him use their restroom. Selection of take-home snacks are also extensive, including Wise chips & Entemanns.
Our favorite deli ever for many years! We order here often and their food is always incredible and they’re very accommodating. There was a miscommunication with our order one time out of the hundred times we ordered but we understand it happens, and they were extremely apologetic and accommodating but we understood of course, it was just how they handled it very kindly that we appreciated a lot.
Food is spot on! Everything is delightful best German potato salad(as per my dad) and londonbroil melted in his mouth) guess I am making a duel rating. One of the best delis and well run !

This is a great deli that offers quality sandwiches, various breakfast options, and delicious panini's. There are plenty of warm / hot food options each day as well. The ability to order online is a great option to use.
I came here for lunch break and was blown away by the variety of different foods and options they offered. They even carry sugarcane sodas. I got their cheeseburger (which is only like 5 bucks and change before tax) and a tray of their excellent Swedish meatballs. The employee helping me was incredibly friendly and I could see he was close with many of his regular customers. If you live in this area this place is top tier.
As someone who has lived all over L.I., I can easily say this is hands down the Best American Deli on long Island. They use strictly Boars head products. Their daily hot foods are excellent. They have protein bowls that are, in my opinion, waaay better than Chipotle. All worker are very kind, they even remember names of the locals. They can be pricey, but you get exactly what you pay for... exceptional quality. 🤌
Best deli HANDS DOWN! I have a few favorites…. But their homemade carrot is seriously DELICIOUS! Great costumer service… I appreciate them all but Evan and I connected first day when he recommended their fried chicken salad!!! 😋 Go there!!! P.S. Evan… you were right about the meatballs!!! Yum!
Amazing deli. John is the greatest. I remember him from Allen blvd before he did that place and the new owners dropped quality to zero in 2 weeks. Asian people always seem to find the places where there is no other alternative and people keep going there anyway smh. Jesens deli. Finally the quality and service I've been craving! Thanks John and thank God for me finding him again. Amen

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Jessen’s. It was our first time going to this deli we heard so much about and it was unbelievable. The choices of breakfast and lunch were excellent and the rapport the staff had with the customers spoke volumes. You could tell the loyalty the community has to this deli , and the owner John was with his team in the thick of the lunch rush delivering excellent food with a smile. We will most definitely return and highly recommend Jessen’s if you are in the area!
