Brass Monkey

Loved it... never dined here but some friends convinced me... had the Nashville hot chicken... if I was the chef I grill the Texas toast on the flat top so it's not overly crispy ... but the Flavor profile was awesome... fries were great... service was fun and energetic as well... I will definitely be going again. 😌

First visit tonight for the fish fry...in a word. Outrageous...as in outrageously good. The portions were huge and absolutely delicious Came with two pieces...could barely finish one. Even the small things ie. Bread, Coleslaw, tartar sauce...excellent. And if that weren't enough, you have a choice of potato pancakes, fries or tater tots...I opted for the latter...delicious! All at a very reasonable price. I have no idea how the owner pulls this off, but I hope to meet him/her on my next visit offer my thanks. Give this place a chance...you won't regret it!!

Went for a Friday fish fry since I moved close and pass it every day. I was a little worried since it was 2 pieces of fish. Then the food came! The pieces are HUGE! I could barely finish one. I will definitely be back. The owner was also walking around helping the servers since they were swamped. Very friendly. My only dislike was the music was a tad loud and I felt like I was yelling.

On Saturday 3/26/22 I had a lunch with a group of people of about 15 of us. When I came in I met Wendy the bartender and then Tammy our server. I want to say these 2 ladies made our group feel right at home. Considering I've never been to the Brass Monkey and from what I heard most if not all have not either. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family from now on. I also want to thank Tammy for taking our pictures. They were great. Really captured our group............Widows and Widower.
