My rating is based on food, not the service or staff! I spent about $47 to feed 2 people 2 kids. I ordered a chicken pasta and the husband ordered their new cheaper meal. I was shocked what came with the kids meal. It was a small slice of pizza and a drink! The bread sticks were very soggy and didn't come out till after we asked. The pasta was very bland and no flavor. It was over priced for what I ordered.

Stumbled upon this restaurant when I was looking around for something quick and it was one of the best places I've ever been to. The main point I would like to point out is the customer service. It was quite a surprise for a fast food restaurant to have such a premium hospitality. Sir at the cashier was quite benevolent and the food was brought to our table in such a professional manner that it did not seem like a fast food restaurant at all. The price was fairly well for the quality of food, which was authentic and well made. The restaurant was clean, and appealing at first glance and wait time was practically nothing. I was very impressed with the quality this place and to offer and would highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you for an amazing experience!

It’s the budget Olive Garden. Same quality with a cheaper price and faster service. Also, unlimited breadsticks! When staff brings out your food it’s delivered in a tray and they also shred as much fresh cheese on your dish as you like. Would highly recommend the chocolate cheesecake if you are looking for dessert! Clean interior. Friendly staff.

I have a client who loves coming here to meet and eat. I think their food is terrible. It's overpriced and not even close to real Italian food. You're better off buying a Lean Quisine pasta dish or Newman's Own Marinara Sauce and your favorite pasta. The only thing I really enjoy here is the Cheesecake Factory cheesecake. But they can't even take credit for that! The staff is always good and attentive. They deliver your food to the table, offer fresh parmasan cheese, extra breadsticks and clear away dirty dishes.
