Mis Suenos

The restaurant looks like it has nice indoor and outdoor seating. I came in for carry out and was disappointed when we got home. The 'queso' is basically salsa with some nacho cheese. It only came in the one size for almost $9. The chips were stale and lacked flavor. The rice and meal also lacked some flavor. The only thing we ordered that was good was their house veggie tacos. Not worth the price we paid...

If you go, don’t get the appetizer combo. This was $11? I don’t know if something was forgotten but this was disappointing. The chatitos were good but the “nachos” were 4 soft chips with just American cheese melted on it? (I got peppers on the side.) And a couple dabs of guacamole? I was hoping for a better sample of items for our first visit. The rest of the food we got was just ok. My enchilada and tamale were good. Just not worth the price we paid.

I consistently order tacos from this restaurant because they are delicious. They recently raised prices, which I very much understand —everything is getting more expensive. But, considering they raised prices, I would hope that the quality of the food I am receiving is still the same. That is not the case, with the tacos that I received today. there is definitely less filling inside, and a majority of the mouthfuls I keep getting are onions and cilantro versus the actual meat filling that should be in the taco. 🧐🫥 and one of the employees told me sauces now cost a dollar. While I can comprehend the “why”—I am going to be sticking to my Tapatio and expanding my restaurant choices instead of paying a dollar just to get a small little thing of sauce.

Food was good but could have been better. The cóctel de camarones should be cold when asked to be served cold, cold as in refrigerated cold not left out to warm cold. The combination platter for $10.95 was way overpriced , 4 to 5 nachos topped with half a slice of processed cheese , one slice of jalaleno and 4 1/4 pieces of what looked like crisp tortillas topped with ground beef is simply not worth that kind of money. Service was slow but that was due to under staffing and with today's environment I understood why. Will I be back?....yes....just won't order the appetizer and if i order the coctel again I will reiterate the need for it to be cold not sorta cold.
