Just found this place because of a volleyball tournament close by.
Really good coffee and breakfast sandwich.
Also my kid loved the cahitos I think it’s misspelled :)

Extremely clean, and customer service is wonderful, staff is respectful and helpful... I would love to add that they are following all the COVID-19 regulations, social distancing, hand santizing in the counter and 6 feet distance its implied.

It was a pleasant experience at Don Pan. Friendly people. Ordered a Cuban sandwich that was delicious and meaty. Also had an empanada which was disappointing. Overall nice restaurant

Place closes at 6pm (per sign M-F) got there at 5:30pm and was locked/closed. Owner looks at me carelessly and unsympathetically and signals they are closed without care. Take my business elsewhere.

Your defensiveness and borderline arrogance/ rudeness on how you talk to me a customer and others I have read is the reason why I will make sure not to bother coming in or my family. Funny how I didn't see you "big sign" with new hours but did see your glass sign on door that said til 6pm. Doesn't matter anymore, reply if you want, go ahead and get defensive. I have made up my mind. Covid may not be the whole reason you unfortunately had to cut back hours. Think about it hard.

Went there yesterday for the first time, never coming back. Bought a Cuban Sandwich and been in the toilet several times after I ate the sandwich. Most likely the pork was old !

I can tell it was the Cuban Sandwich (most likely the pork) because that was the only thing I have eaten yesterday.
And I had no previous episodes of diharrea !
And the only reason why I went to your store it was becaue I read that you made a good Cuban Sand....

I am not the type of person to write reviews but I felt that I needed to do it today.
To the lady talking about the Cuban sandwich, you are completely wrong.
I am a regular that at least twice a week orders Cuban sandwich at this place and always they have been delicious and fresh.

Truly a gem and a must visit if you’re in the Tampa area.
We grabbed a couple pastries, were drooling over the Cuban sandwiches, and had a great customer experience. Also, the ham and cheese cachito is a MUST.
Whether you go for sweet or salty, know you’re getting something delicious. Will be going back anytime I’m in town.
