Love the fresh fish of the day and all the options you can choose for it (Mediterranean is my fave)! The smashed cauliflower is amazing, fresh veggies spot on, and the chimichurri steak is OMG! Great wine selection and drinks. Atmosphere is lovely and the staff is always friendly. It’s one of our top spots to go. Highly recommend.
We had Joey serve us tonight and he was the best waiter I’ve had in a long time! Very polite and went out of his way to cater to us � we got chicken Marsala and pork chop Marsala and it was amazing, we actually finished our food! #cleanplateclub

Mothers Day Brunch was fantastic. I’ve dined at Grillsmith several times and they never disappoint. Amazing food! Amazing service! I think it says something that we moved here in September and haven’t tried any other restaurants because we keep coming back to Grillsmith. 😊
Matt is an amazing manager and his staff is top notch. My family and I never have a bad experience at grillsmith wiregrass it's definitely our favorite place to eat out at.

Absolutely amazing environment and service!!! We had a 72nd birthday dinner for our father , 20 of us total! Everyone of us loved our food—� that never happens!!! We could not have asked for a better night!!!! From the time we made our reservation until the family picture our server Elena took after... a phenomenal evening!!! We will definitely go back!!!’
My husband and I have been to this restaurant quite a few times since moving to Wesley Chapel and have always had great service and food. It's very similar to JAlexanders restaurant. I like the remodel and the new uniforms are just in keeping with the times. We were there last night for our 36th wedding anniversary and our server Abigail was great.
Always a fantastic experience at Grillsmith. The food was great and our waiter, Zach was amazing! The management team is always visible and confirming that their customers are well taken care of. Fabulous place!!!
We had a wonderful anniversary here. They accommodated us last minute since we didn't have a reservation. On Wednesday they have a happy hour until close with many great options. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly.
Since this was our first Sunday brunch at Grillsmith, we made an online reservation, listing food allergies. Upon our arrival we were seated and the hostess reminded Kaylee, the server, of the food allergy from the reservation. Our orders were timely, fresh and actually looked like the pictures from the online menu. Furthermore, they were absolutely delicious.
I recently visited this location. Unfortunately they don’t have a single vegan item on their menu (hopefully that will change in 2022!). However upon asking the waiter if they could make me something other than me getting just a side done of just veggies and fries. The chef came out personally and she asked me what I had in mind. So she prepared me a plate with pasta and veggies which was delicious. Super happy that they were considerate enough for my needs to do so. I do however hope for the future that they would add some vegan options to their menu.
Came here on a Friday evening around 8 pm and it was pretty busy. The wait time for 2 was about 45 minutes. So we decided to sit at the bar. First we ordered a Margherita and a blonde ale. I did not get a drinks menu so was not sure what type of specialty drink they made until I pulled I decided to pull it yp on my phone. Then we ordered a Napa valley salad and filet tip egg rolls. Then I ordered a chicken gorgozola flat bread and a Mohave. The bar tender was extremely friendly and managed to run a full bar by himself. I will come back and try an entree next time.
Took the family here for Father’s Day dinner and we definitely enjoyed ourselves. The food was delicious, friendly staff with a pleasurable atmosphere. 🥰
