Employees were extremely rude and acted like they didn't care about the quality of food they were serving. The oil they use to fry is old and nasty which made the food super oily and black. I ordered a breakfast slider without egg due to an allergy and the egg was still put on it along with random lettuce for some reason. I took my food back and the manager could care less. She just saw me bring my bag back inside and said "let me see your receipt and I'll refund you" without even knowing the problem beforehand. The entire kitchen had trash and was disgusting. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat here.

A little slow pace you have to wait for your food but it’s worth it. Fish sandwich was excellent. For me the chicken sandwich was not so good. And of course the white castle burgers were good. First time trying them fresh not frozen.
And my french fries were to put it bluntly nasty!

Every time I come here in the evening when the sun is down, this entire parking lot is pitch black.. only lights on outside the building is the headlights of the cars in drive through.. if no one is in drive through it makes it look like its closed...

They are marketing the hell out of the 1921 Slider but then blame a supplier with a sign on the door for not having half of its toppings available.
No napkins included in the bag for drive-thru orders.
The french fries tasted like they were from two or three days prior.

Missing part of order. Only 2 cheese sticks, pretty sure there's at least 3 in an order. Loads of ketchup and mustard🤷♀️

I haven't been to a White Castle in quite a while. The menu had a lot more items than it used to. I was impressed by how quickly my order was completed, especially during the lunch hour. I ordered 30 classic sliders and watched them being prepared. In all it took about 10 minutes. Keep up the great work!

At this White Castle location, it's drive-thru only. The drive-thru was kind of slow, but it tastes just as good as every White Castle I've ever been to!! Customer service was good, and the parking lot was clean. The cashier, was masked 😷 up.
