Taqueria Jalapenos

Omg....have passed this many times promising to give it a try. This last week we were in the area with spare time & decided to stop. Some of the very best tacos ever! Fried jalapenos to die for. Thin ones cooked with onion. I guess most people put them on the food, I don't...love am all by them selves. The spouse got a pork burrito & it was also fantastic (I HAD to try it for the review ;) It could have been a meal for 2, easily. So for a really tasty treat the tongue taco will "hook" you immediately. Just amazing!

Today I have passed by the taco stand and it looked to be pretty popular and packed. as you would expect there would be a decent wait time of a few minutes because of the amount of people mending the stations is just 3 people. but man are those ladies know how to make some tasty dishes for the place there at. the plates are properly distributed and very presentable. the people manding the counter were very nice and understandable. I would definitely go back there with my friends and family. so take it from me its some good food and good attention.

Best tacos I’ve ever had even compared to the ones in Mexico ( I am Mexican and go to Sinaloa quite often and they are still miles ahead of them) The price for tacos is cheap especially with how much meat they jam pack in them! It’s crazy how the hole in the walls restaurant have the best food. Also the chicken quesadillas with rice and beans with green sauce to die for recommend this place ten times over!! Will come again :)

Polite people. Tacos were fine. I tried the lengua Mexican style and the asada American style. My tacos were not double wrapped. I'm used to Mexican tacos having two corn tortillas. The tacos had a lot of meat in them. They should have, since I only received 1 Tortilla per taco. The tacos are served with cucumbers and jalapeños. They offer a green or red salsa. The food truck is on the side of the road, you can't miss it.

Stopped by this food truck today and asked if they can do vegetarian/ vegan options for my husband and daughters. They said that they could and would do rice, beans, avocado etc for us. I waited 30 min by this truck which looked pretty run down. Got the food and left and went home. The tacos only had rice and avocado no beans, and the sandwich for my husband had beef in it. Called them and they said they would fix it after making it sound like I was lying and trying to get free food? My husband forgot to bring the sandwich back because he was rushing and then they also accused him basically of trying to get free food, and gave him a hard time just to replace his sandwich with bread, avocado, and cheese. I could have made that at home and for less money and of an inconvenience. Being a restaurant owner myself with an actual store front and cooking for people all day long I remember what I make for my customers, and they knew they messed up on this order and then accused us of lying. Never again would I go back there. Horrible customer service that is just not how you treat people.
