manager (?) does not have any sense of customer service. I work in fast food myself, so it’s not like I expect perfection or anything near it. But it’s ok to be vaguely nice and not super abrupt and rude. None of the employees are wearing masks either. Portion sizes are much much worse than they use

Over $10 menu, it was filled less than half of the bowl. I also ordered a bowl with lettuce, and they added only 5-6 pieces, barely noticeable.

We order once a week from here. Usually food is good but today there was some bad tasting food in the rice bowl - tasted old like it’d been sitting out and gone bad- yuck. Turned my stomach. Also a few hard-rock beans that could break your teeth.

Picked up order, product was made wrong and cold. Corporate said the would give me 2 replacement meals on my loyalty card. They didn't. So basically I got the wrong food cold and no one from Qdoba actually cares. I realize that mistakes happen but the food should be going thru temp checks throughout

Food outstandingly bland compared to other Qdoba locations. Fruit flies came out of the Coke Freestyle machine and the hand soap in the men's bathroom was noticibly thinned out with water to avoid replacing.

I used to go to this location weekly, sometimes 2-3 times a week. There was this very friendly asian employee who was always there. He worked the line alone or maybe with 1 other person & always was polite, patient & hard at work. Everything was right in the orders & everyone was happy. Recently

Ordered a bowl and immediately while I was eating it, I became extremely sick, no doubt due to food poisoning. Either something in the bowl went bad or the guy with the beard who prepared it was not practicing proper hygeine.

Absolutely filthy. Floors, counter tops, soda machine are all disgusting. They have about 11 tables to eat at, and all are empty but none are wiped down. Inexcusable
