Whatever you do, don't wish them a good morning when ya walk in the place... They hate that. They won't ask you what you'd like as you approach the counter, but instead, will actually make you feel as though you're bothering them as you wonder if it's actually ok to order something.
Don't expect a 'You're welcome!' when you thank them for the excessively priced burnt hash browns and odd tasting tea, but just stare at you, seemingly cursing your very existence as you leave. Probably in the top 3 rudest establishments on Earth.
Tea was hot, but again, tasted very odd...

Very bad customer service. The cashier was super rude. I would not recommend going to this location. The man that works there needs to be fired because he is losing customers with his terrible attitude.

Not happy. I asked for butter on my bagel, but got to work and found that it had cream cheese. The receipt clearly said butter. This is not the first time this has happened here.

The old man working there is super rude. He was short on change to give us so he shouted at my friend to ask me for change. I told him he doesn’t need to be rude about it and he said that’s his voice and was being sarcastic about it and refused to serve us.

I would give 5 for customer service, manager and staff are very friendly. Gets busy and dirty. In tables always sitting homeless people. I know we should be good and respect everybody. I respect all homeless people. But they smell and don’t like to sit there with your kid and drink your coffee.
