We decided to try this location for pizza yesterday for the first time and I must say they did not disappoint. The wings were perfectly cooked and sauced and the pizza was just as good. I will for sure be back for more. The prices were reasonable food was amazing and the staff was also very friendly. Thanks for becoming my new favorite pizza spot.
They have great pizzas, amazing calzones, and unreal customer service. This is an awesome authentic NY pizza shop!
This is by far the best pizza Ive ever eaten. I’m so glad that I happened in here one evening because I found the tastiest pizza! I am now making the trip here for pizza at least biweekly and I live in Fairport.
They need to make it easier to tip delivery drivers! If you order online, there is no option to add tip. I called to order with a credit card over the phone, hoping to be able to add tip. The woman I spoke to said I would be able to add tip when signing the receipt upon delivery. The driver didn't have a receipt, so I could not add tip. I don't always have cash, so this is a big problem for me, and a HUGE problem for the drivers. Please fix this!!!

Among a Pontillo's collective that is in decline overall, this store shows it's pride. Really good, and consistent quality. I had a veggie/artichoke slice that was amazing. Keep up the great work!

Pontillos Webster has the best pizza in the US. I have tried pizza from California to NY and this location has the best hands down. I have turned many others on to them and they all agree. Keep up the good work.

The staff here was both friendly and helpful. My friends and I had a mix-up with the pizza order ( I thought they ordered it and I was picking it up. It turns out I had to do both things.) The owner, manager and the girl at the cash register went out of their way to assist me in clearing up the confusion and in placing a last-minute order so that I wouldn't have to wait too long, even though it was my mistake. This was all despite being a busy Friday night. It was a great customer service experience!
Always fresh and hot. Staff is friendly and on time with my food.
