Dear god. The fish, so fresh. Color amazing. Fish.
....Well, obviously I failed at making a senyru. Anyway, there's not much more to say. If you want your drink to NOT be refilled, this is the place, where they come so fast, sometimes I don't even have time to thank them.
The portions are nicely sized, except... don't order the crab Rangoon if you're not a lover of crab rangoon. Nothing wrong with it. You will be STUFFFFFED though. There are two places in all of St. Louis where I'd recommend the Crab Rangoon. The Sushi Station, and Downtown St. Louis's Wasabi Bar and Grill. This place is the easier of the two to get into.
It also has a nice selection, including my favorite roll of all time, the Caterpillar Roll. Wish the menu had more pictures of the food though, but that's where WE come in! I always prefer it when customers showcase the food as is, as opposed to a restaurant having to specially prepare maybe plastic replicas.
It’s our favorite sushi restaurant!! The house salad and the fried California roll are to die for favorites in addition to everything else we’ve tried!!
Favorite sushi place ever!!!! Pui is the best and always takes such good care of us!
This place is a little small but the sushi and service are fantastic! Some recommendations I have are to start with their orange chicken and definitely try the Old Webster roll, the crunchy spicy tuna roll, and the crazy salmon roll.
Incredible... have had sushi all over the world, Sushi Station is the best!

If you're the type that likes visiting sushi places to try out their menu, this is worth checking out.
Was my 1st time there and overall experience was great. The waitress was a lil slow but when was able to get to us she was fast and friendly. The sushi was amazing. We ordered 3 different rolls. The cardnials, sexy girl and trio. Also had a bottle of wine. I will definitely be back!
Sushi station is the best new sushi place to go! The staff is wonderful too!
We love the sushi station! Good prices, wonderful food, and they treat you like family! I eat it all, but they even have a delicious steak roll my husband orders every time because he doesn't do fish! I could do this on every date night!!
I chose to get takeout tonight for the Dine-out for officer Matt Crosby, having never been to the Sushi Station before. I am amazed! The food was INCREDIBLE! But the best part was that Pui, the owner, was intermingling with the other employees, hands on. She made it a point to come and greet me and tell me about the fundraiser and share stories! Never had more incredible service on a take-out order! Will definitely become one of my new favorites!
Keep up the good work!
Consistently delicious and satisfying. We feel fortunate to have such a terrific sushi place in Webster Groves.
Best sushi place and it’s close to my home!!!..... I love this spot for date nights with my son.
Great food, good wine, great location! Must visit for all you sushi lovers!!
Fantastic cozy restaurant. Easily a favorite sushi place in the STL area.
Ordered multiple rolls and everything was fresh and inventive. Lots of imaginative roll combinations.
Favorites were the Firecracker Roll and the Umami Leaves appetizer.
Situated in the middle of Old Webster, a great place to eat and take a stroll.
Looking forward to going again to try more.
Enjoy having lunch here. The restaurant was cute and very clean. Atmosphere was very relaxing. Our server was helpful. The sushi was delicious and we ordered crab Rangoons and gyozas
Delicious fried egg rolls! They were made to perfection! I absolutely LOVED my specialty roll! Service was great!! Cute place. I will be a regular here! 5 stars!
We were traveling across country and very surprised to find this awesome little sushi shop in the heart of an old historic St. Louis shopping district. The sushi is comparable to a sushi shop on the coast, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service was great! They stay open an extra hour than most restaurants in the area. I would recommend their house specialities.
The rolls were wonderful. The service was fantastic, very friendly staff! AND the pineapple soft serve is a must have!! So refreshing on a hot summer day!!
Nice place, staff was very friendly and food was great. Lots of great specialty rolls, and traditional rolls to choose from. Will definitely go back for a 3rd+ visit.
Has options for non-sushi folk as well
We chose dine-in options and were seated immediately on a late Saturday afternoon. There is plenty of seating at the back and a sunny patio is also available on good weather days.
Our server was attentive, friendly and had great recommendations for us.
Our water cups were refilled promptly and the table cleared as needed by the hostess as well 👍
We tried the vegetable curry puff (flaky pastry pictured below) and it had a good mild curry flavor and was prepared perfectly. (We actually ordered the chicken puffs but we accidentally received the vegetables one. They offered to replace it but we were okay with what we had and enjoyed them)
Next up we tried the Umami leaves 👌👌and they were a treat for sure. Different than anything we ever had. Definitely get them if you want to try something new. You get only two in an order. (At $10, little higher$ but totally worth it)
We also got the Kara-age chicken and miso soup and both were delicious (kid approved)
🍣Sushi rolls: we got the veggie and the holy crab and they were a perfect blend of flavor and freshness. Love the sprouts in the veggie roll. And the crab was exquisite.
🍷Drinks: Ordered the Sangria that was somehow not on the drinks menu but saw another table having it and I enjoyed it. Plus some warm sake for our group.
Great experience and we plan to return!
Delicious food and wonderful atmosphere. The inside is well decorated and there’s outdoor dining on the back patio when the weather is warmer. The staff were friendly and attentive. Will be returning and would highly recommend. We got the sunrise roll, dragon roll, fried Philly roll and another roll I can’t remember the name of. All four were great!
Everything was great, you can’t go wrong here. Food was fresh & high quality, service was great, and a modern atmosphere. There’s options available for people who don’t eat sushi as well.
A comprehensive menu offering your typical Sushi and nigiri items. The house salad has recently been updated and is much larger with a very tasty Sesame and ginger dressing. There are limited vegetarian options on the menu, really only the vegetable tempura and the expected veggie roll. They can't get quite busy during dinner hours but there is also outdoor seating with about five tables. Stafford typically friendly and sitting right at the bar can be fun. I recommend checking this place out and hope to see some more vegetarian options on the menu soon.
Small but really nice place . My family ate on the patio in the late evening, so the weather was very nice.
I had a fried Philly roll, and it was fresh and delicious !
They have something called
The Sexy Girl Roll, and I’m a sexy girl so I’ll be back for that one.
Trio, stl, and spicy shrimp tempura rolls were all delicious with fresh fish and good sauces. Good portions and price. Pork gyoza was also great. Food came out quick with very attentive service. Sangria portions were rather small though.
Big new fan. I’m a huge Sunday night sushi carry out person. Nobu on Olive for decades, Ted & Teiko back in the day, and Wasabi Warson Woods (not great but close to me for carry out). So I’ve had no easy choices for years. My son recommended Sushi Station and this is my second carry out in two weeks. Easy phone in ordering, love the location, nice looking inside, busy busy which is always good for sushi fans, quality professional packaging, and every item has been really, really good. I’m psyched to have a new sushi restaurant close by. Great job, Sushi Station.
