Went through drive thru 715am. Ordered 2 breakfast burritos meal. Drive thru was fast. No wait. Paid. Went to next window and recieved what was to be expected. A Luke warm hash brown was cold to the touch. And 2 obviously microwaved burritos. Should have just gone across the street and went into kwi
So obviously it's mcdonalds, but I want to say it more excitedly, but I can't due to all mcdonalds are the same. Fresh cooked patties are the way to go, fresh fries are also. To much salt makes me throw them away very fast. The portions are fine, staff could try and feel wanted and appreciated more
Cashiers are always avoiding people because they want customers to use the kiosks. The problem is that when you enter the restaurant, the first screens you see are out of order, but there is one that is working, facing a different direction. They should put up a sign indicating to use the “working”
Chicken nuggets were over cooked and the fries were undercooked. Overall a bad experience. I don’t recommend this place. You are better off going to Fort Dodge to go get food.

Webster City McDonald's usually has things wrong.
Missing part of order; wrong sandwich, no sauces nor condiments; even simple things like upside-down fried; lid not on sodas; no napkins.
This time: wrong sauce and 6 chicken nuggets but #5&6 were still frozen together--dipped in hot oil
This McDonald's is going down hill. If ordering from here either drive through or curbside, if you choose to dine in you're going to be waiting awhile
The staff can't get the orders right and they r constantly yelling at each other they under pay their staff just all around bad service
Your store has horrible customer service. If my child talked to me the way you employee did they would be in deep. You need to train your employees and supervisors to have respect for the customer. You can call the police all you want, if you stink at your job its not their responsibility. Le
