It's always a very clean environment with good food. I usually get the Cobb salad. The only issues are 1) the drive thru line can get pretty backed up, but it's worth it and 2) the chicken breading can sometimes be a bit off.. perhaps it was prefried and sat for a bit. The chicken sandwich was quite good. Meaty chicken fried right. The Zaxby sauce gave it flavor with some spice. The 'anything you want' soda dispenser makes it a good deal. Eat the fries quickly if you want the hot. Yes, this was my first time.
The service was great. The portions were wonderful. Recently visited a Zaxby's in another state and had the complete opposite experience so this was definitely refreshing. Thank you for the awesome visit.
Love the chicken here! This is only the second time I have been to a Zaxby’s and I am a huge fan. The chicken is amazing. I wish this was out near me on the west coast. The service was friendly and my drive through order was perfect. Prices are very reasonable and I love the vibe of this place.

Ordering was a little difficult as she spoke softly. Ordered extra Zak sauce received ZERO...daughter was disappointed to say the least.
