As an out of town visitor I was blown away by the produce and deli selection. Prices were fair and selection was outstanding. Only complaint was the self checkout option wasn't good for someone buying a week's worth of groceries for two adults and two teenagers.
Oh, I love Ingles! We don't have this grocers in Florida, but I get a smile on my face when zi see one when visiting NC! Great prices, quality food, friendly, and helpful staff. Give it a shot! Oh, and the pharmacy is wonderful!

Wide selection, excellent produce area, delicious, personal service at the bakery counter and cents per gallon off at their gas station. Worth the slightly higher prices than their big box competitors.

Ingles always seems to be the gold standard in so far as grocery stores, in this area at least. I can honestly say I have not once had a truly negative experience in any area of the store. The parkinglots are kept clean and the carts are never over flowing the cart corrals. The employees are genuine
