Kfc

We went last night and ordered chicken sandwich’s and fries. They were hot and delicious. So good we decided to do Taco Bell tonight! It was just as good! The food was hot, the order was right and it didn’t take but about 3 minutes to get our rather large order! Whoever was working tonight and last night, great job!! Keep it up!

Came in and ordered with my family. The employees were all goofing around and laughing. It took nearly 20 minutes to get our food. When we got it the popcorn chicken was hard as a rock and the nacho fries were cold. The manager on duty didn't seem to care that the other employees were goofing around. They all stood around talking in the dining area. The older lady that is usually here as manager always does a fantastic job and keeps the workers on task.

Yes, the place has issues but the manager takes care of you immediately. I just wish employees who bag your food (generally, the same individual who takes your order) remember what was discussed at the register. I have ordered white meat and received dark meat twice now. But, like I said, the service is great and the manager takes care of the issue right away. The other thing I'd like to mention is the trash bins; they seem to be over-flowing with trash and the employees would just walk by them and do nothing about it. The bathroom, however, always seems to have soap and paper towels which is appreciated.

Your employees need to be trained in customer service skill.. I've been a chef and restaurant manager for many years and never seen so many rude and disrespectful employees under one building. Whomever the store manager is, either you retrained them or get you new ones..I understand you guys are in a small town but a little customer service goes a long ways...Your food is not that bad but your employees makes your whole experience terrible and please upgrade your menu screen outside that way we know exactly what you are selling and how much you are paying..

I asked for original recipe chicken. This is the 3rd time and the LAST time going to this restaurant. I am just 1 family but the chicken was crispy not original. HARD & DRY!! It has been like this the other times also. I just don’t understand. Work 14 hours and this is what I bring home. Mad but not again. Called to talk to manager. No answer , of course

It seems everytime we come to kfc in Waynesboro it's always a screw up. Either the chicken isn't done or you sit for 20 + min for an order terrible service I believe this is going to be my last time get orders that isn't your or they ring you up and come back 10 minutes into waiting to tell you they ran out of chicken plz it's a chicken place if you order tacos the shell is so greasy n gross terrible restaurant if I could I'd put ----5 on here
