Subway

I don't like giving negative reviews, but since Google keeps prompting me, every 12 hours for the last 5 days, for a review of this Subway, I don't feel that I have a choice. I don't care for Subway. When they come out with something that looks good I might try it, but for the most part, I find their food disappointing and the service at this particular Subway lacks. There doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency to take care of the customer. The sandwiches themselves have been lopsided with fillings bunched up on one side and then cut unevenly. I've eaten there three times in 12 years and have no intention of eating there again.

While chaperoning a field trip with High School students, we needed individual lunches for 15 people, each a special order sandwich. I dropped off the written order, and returned 45 minutes later. All of the orders were perfect, the bags were labeled with each student's name. The food was fresh, and the students thought they were delicious. The staff was organized and eager-to-please. Even though it was a very busy Sunday at lunch time, they addressed all of my needs, and went above and beyond to help me keep all of the lunches. Samantha and Bre thanked me for my business, but really, I need to thank them for making the job of the Team Mom so much easier.
