Taco Bueno

This location is a hit or miss... mostly misses. Most of the time the service is sub par. Orders are not correct. Staff can be rude or just lazy. Night shift doesn't do a good job with anything. Food is over cooked, bland and dry. Sometimes they close early. The only thing that never disappoints me is the taco meat it's always good! Today we noticed that the menu prices skyrocketed! The food is not worth they charge now. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Horrible. I have not had Taco Bueno in 2 years and I can see I am not missing anything. I ordered a Taco Salad and put their Pico de Gallo on it and turned out it was soured. The Pico was expired! I waited to see if they would offer a refund or another replacement - nope. I paid for my 2 additional tacos. They did say sorry and took the expired Pico away.

I placed my order to be told midway through them making it, they ran out of beef. Ok that’s fine, so we were refunded the money for the beef items and I ordered bean burritos instead. Well they filled the second order but not the other order, so they then fix that. Once it comes out fully I asked if I could have another bag of chips. I was told no from the manager. I asked even with the inconvenience I could not get 1 bag of chips? I was told from the manager that at Walmart… what does Walmart even have to do with this? I take my meal to-go at this point. The manager follows us outside and flips us off. Really great representation as management. She was a young, blonde female, as heads up if you ever have to deal with her. But I guess that behavior is appropriate there and I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

We loooove Taco Bueno but this location was TERRIBLE. Literally the worst quality food I’ve ever received at any Bueno location ever. They apparently were low on chips so they used crunched up taco shell for my nacho salad! My son had chips and queso and his were so stale he couldn’t eat them. Hell they even messed a bean burrito and he couldn’t eat his quesadilla burger. It was not made correctly and had brown guacamole.

Drove from another town to eat at "taco bueno". Get there and they can't accept debit or credit cards. The say "cash only" so I get out a 100 dollar bill. They can not accept it either. Mind you this is at 11:15am on a Friday. The manager tells me to go down to the valaro and get change and then come back. Are you serious! What a joke. The manager looked like she just rolled out of bed swet pants and all hair a mess. I use to really enjoy this place but it's a joke now and it was very disappointing. This waxahachie taco bueno lucky to get one star. So now I'm setting at the buffalo wild wings up the road spending my money happily. Thanks again management you need a full make over.!
