One of the best ribs that I have ever had. We found this place on our way to Houston. We were not expecting much but definitely exceeded our expectation. Friendly staff. Clean dinning room and rustic feel. We will definitely check this out again :)

We love this BBQ, it's always great tasting and ourstanding service. Our granddaughter loves the BBQ Frito Pie, I always get the 3 meat combo plate, ribs, sausage and brisket. The BBQ sauce is good, it's a little sweet for me. Oh and the sides are really good!

This place was in the middle of nowhere but really convenient parking especially for truckers like ourselves it's very moderate as far as prices are concerned actually more on the cheap side the food was tremendous and this place has a small Hometown feel to it the waitress was extremely nice and helpful can't wait to see you guys again thanks

I envisioned a Texas-themed rehearsal / welcome dinner at the pit stop BBQ and I could not have been happier with the outcome. Kelly at the Pit Stop helped me pick the best country band around and she answered all my questions along the way. The upgrades enclosed space was very nice and the stage for the band brought it all together. The place is perfect for a hoedown! All of our guests enjoyed the delicious BBQ and music. The food set up was great and the brisket had to have been the best I have ever had! I can’t thank Kelly and the pit stop team enough for making my welcome dinner a success. I highly recommend the Pit stop for scrumptious BBQ or a true Texas style party.

$15 for a three-meat plate could have had a little more meat. Stop on the way back home from East Texas 1 waitress at 12:30 Monday at lunch little slow but other than that looks like a good place

You think it’s just a hole in the wall place. However, when you walk in, I was shocked, it’s just awesome! We went there late the first time (I’m sure close to closing) asked if they were still serving. The response was over the moon! :-0 They said sure come on in and more! We did and had it to go. Very friendly & accommodating staff. Now, let’s get to the FOOD, the best bbq, baked potato and the peach cobbler is to die for. They made sure we had all the condiments We have been back over & over. Great bands, patio the over all atmosphere is what I call Texas! I have no complaints! ❤️

My friend Phillis and I stopped for dinner after fishing ...we walked in late and asked if they were still open and she said absolutely! The food was delicious . We loved everything about the restaurant...love the deco and how they can open the doors to a huge patio. Very clean...no bugs as in those pesky knats and flies..we will be back again and again..thank you for great food, service and all around wonderful time. Very much appreciated.
