Qdoba Mexican Eats

People are so pleasant at Qdobas it's rare that you see people who enjoy there jobs. Tonight my associate and myself went there, we had such a great experience. People were kind, there wasn't pushy service, speedy service, the employees really strive to their excellence in the food industry to make sure you are pleased with the experience, going in and leaving the store. Nothing short of excellent. In short my mind was BLOWN! Thanks to all who served my associate and myself your all one of a kind! Keep up the great work!

Terrible. Horrific in fact. Granted it's the weekend and the staff are a bit more relaxed because none of the important managers are present, as would be the case on the weekdays, but the staff had a line of customers and still talked and laughed amongst themselves before talking any orders. It more like a weekend hangout spot than an actual restaurant. But I would imagine that would be the case at most locations since they seem to hire just anyone these days. None of them wore hairnets and the doors and windows looked as though they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Please do better.

Service was awful. Line was to the door and very few staff actually working behind the counter. Once I was up to start my order the lady who was working the line just left the counter (was the the only white person in line hmm?!) and the other female working as a cashier continued to just count or fill her till with money which was already well stocked (clearly seen as it was on the counter for all to see). I the. proceeded to wait literally 5 minutes or so for someone, anyone to acknowledge me or take my order. By this time the line had gotten long again. Another customer sensed the mood filtering through the others and said “thought this place was under new management? This is why I hate coming here”. I should have walked out right then. From now on, I will go out of my way to find an alternate place to eat.

I would give this place no stars if I could…just wow the complete RUDEST employees I have ever seen out of anywhere I’ve ever gone!! Literally, I’m not even exaggerating. And to top it all off one of the employees was standing there making comments to another employee about my order.. if you can avoid this qdoba than DO IT, for your own sake. Just completely rude, I will be calling corporate about this visit..I went there at 9pm at night and they closed at 10pm yet everything was on the back counter and the employees where more worried about getting closing stuff done than helping the line of customers out the door.. sad customer service and dirty restaurant, dirty employees, all around a dirty place.

I only visit this location as often as I do because it is around the corner from my house but if I could avoid it I would. the employees are so beyond rude and have no problem talking about you in your face or saying slick comments. They need a new batch of employees im more than positive they receive complaints daily!!
