Subway

Not sure what the workers name was. She wouldn’t give it to me. But a large Hispanic I think, woman working at 7pm on 3/11/22 might be the rudest. Loudest most obnoxious person I have ever ran into. She is more focused on screaming she’s going to the liquor store. Closing the store early, Putting in her two week notice and talking to people who aren’t ordering or paying customers. Was a very unprofessional uncomfortable situation.

I came in tonight and there was no one at the counter and when the two workers appeared they looked dirty. Both had shirts on with hair and other things on them. Its very hard to order food when they servers look dirty. Please make sure your employees look presentable and they properly greet customers.

I recently visited and bought a protein bowl and the worker pointed out the fact that I could add a tip. I had a good service but I thought I should make a suggestion. First, asking for a tip anywhere is unprofessional especially at Subway. I tip for a good service above and beyond whats expected. I also tip when I am being served at a table or even for curbside pick ups. I think its ridiculous and in poor taste to be asked to tip for a sub. The whole tipping phenomenon is starting to get ridiculous. I feel like gas station attendants will be next to ask for tips to watch you pump your own gas while they watch from the window.

I called specifically to get the names of the guys that helped me tonight. Bobby Potter and Paris Williams were SUUUUUUCHHHHHH great workers and pleasant people! There was a really cool older lady in front of me in line and they were awesome with her, which was super cool, but the customer service that they gave everybody in the restaurant was incredible. It was quick, friendly, came with smiles and laughs, and isnt something I'll soon forget! I walked out in a 100000000× better mood than when I came in, and it was cause of them! Great job, guys!! Keep up the great work and NEVER STOP BEING AWESOME!! YOU. ARE. CHAMPIONS!!
