Just had curds and a shake. Got a cookie dough shake. They didn't want to do it for me as the cookie dough wouldn't go up the straw. They wanted me to get a concrete mixer. Can't use a spoon while driving. So they made the shake. That is what I call great customer service!!!

Right away when we walked in yesterday, it seemed really unorganized. I realized that quite a few people were probably in training, which is okay, but the process at the front was all over the place even with the help of their leads. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, which I thought was good until I bit into the second half. The meat was brown and pink. I’m not sure if it was undercooked in that part of my sandwich, or if it was a bad chunk of meat. I know I could have brought it to the counter for a new sandwich, but I thought if I just avoided the bad part, it would be fine. Maybe an hour or so later, I started to feel pretty sick, dizzy, and light headed, which lasted the rest of the night. Today, I still continue to feel bad, and nauseas to where I have to stay home. My guess is that whatever was wrong with my chicken, made me sick because I haven’t felt this way in a very long time and it occurred shortly after I ate some of the bad meat. I guess the fries were good though.

Good food, friendly staff. Always seems to be a good experience and atmosphere at this location. The owners take pride in their restaurant and you can tell they pass that same pride down to the team members. The food is always decent and never seems to disappoint here!

For years we've enjoyed Culver's Walleye dinners and Cod sandwich. Their fish is consistently cooked to perfection in a light batter coating.
Having never been disappointed with the freshness of the food they prepare, makes it difficult to find something to critique at the Waupaca store.
As always, Culver's pricing is on the high side, but again, they make it hard to complain about being served a quality meal in a timely manner.

The service was fantastic, it was one minute until closing time, they took our order without any problems. Thier kindness & consideration was refreshing we had been on the road traveling for so long already, myself & young son, with another 3 1/2 hours of driving to go. I was so worried they would turn us away or say it was to late to order food, but we received our order with smiles & perfect customer service. It really was unbelievable. I haven't received service like that in a very long time. They should be proud of their closing crew Sunday night June 14th 2020! Thank you for the Great service!

Culver's deluxe....double....my oh my. Definitely getting my protein. Staff friendly, everything tidy and clean. They treated me with genuine politeness and were very respectful. When I want a burger this is where I will be! Grab the napkins, you will need them...wow.

Very polite Trainee working 12/28/21. More fast food workers need to follow him. Management should be happy with worker saying "my pleasure" after the order, even for getting a fork he said it.!!
