Have had some of the best pizza hut from here in the past. Last one seemed to be riding around getting cold, dry, and the box was soggy...
Update - They've exceeded expectations recently. Back on par.
The food was made and delivered in a timely fashion, the order was exactly as we specified online, and the delivery driver was courteous and kind, even when our dogs decided they needed to say "hello." The driver even helped us diffuse the dog situation by giving them a little attention, allowing us to regain control. Two thumbs and tails, way up!
It was 30 minutes late, despite ordering 2 hours ahead. I had to call 10 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered. I was lied to by the staff who told me it was out for deliverery. 15 minutes later. I got a text that the pizza was on its way. It arrived 5 minutes later. This was for a birthday party and as a result we had to rush eating and we were still late for our event.
Update. Tried a couple more visits. Much better with timing. I did drive up and they were not quite as hot as I would have thought even though I came right when it said ready. I will say, I miss the seasoned crust now too. I'll try a couple more times and see how it goes.
They were careful to follow instructions and leave the pizza on the porch as asked. The pizza was hot and fresh, the ingredients were fresh and it tasted great! It took a while, too, so I believe they were pretty busy, but our pizzas were really, really good.
