Pizza Hut - Waunakee - Photo album

I used to think this place was decent but it has really fallen off in the last year or so. Everything tastes old or stale, nothing fresh or appetizing, rally skimps out on cheese and ontop of forgetting to put the crust seasoning on the pizzas they also straight up forgot to put the parmesan/garlic

Have had some of the best pizza hut from here in the past. Last one seemed to be riding around getting cold, dry, and the box was soggy... Update - They've exceeded expectations recently. Back on par.

It was 30 minutes late, despite ordering 2 hours ahead. I had to call 10 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered. I was lied to by the staff who told me it was out for deliverery. 15 minutes later. I got a text that the pizza was on its way. It arrived 5 minutes later. This was for a birthday

If they could get my order right for once. Ordered garlic cheese bread and once again something was missing- this time the cheese bread. Pzone ozone burned and almost black on bottom. This is not the first time this has happened to us and most of the time is this location. Very disappointed

They were careful to follow instructions and leave the pizza on the porch as asked. The pizza was hot and fresh, the ingredients were fresh and it tasted great! It took a while, too, so I believe they were pretty busy, but our pizzas were really, really good.

They literally hung up on me in the middle of a Order. We called back 6x and no answer. I was transferred to call center. Very unprofessional RUDE, disrespectful. DO NOT RECOMMEND
