Great Banh mi sandwiches, and they bake their own rolls. Saturday lunch time opening times are unpredictable though, I've gone there quite a few times around 1-1:15 on Sat, and found the place closed still. Have not tried the rest of the menu yet. Plenty of seating, but would recommend booking ahead with groups, so they can make sure sufficient staff is present.

Similar to other reviewers, I was overcharged. I was charged $20 for a small chow mein and one drink. She tacked on an inflated ~$5 charge outside of menu prices. The chow mein was a small half container so not much quantity for the price. I asked for a $3 refund since her menu prices differ and she pretended to do it so she's greedy to point of dishonesty. I used to go here regularly for over a year. The food is only so-so but it's the only vietnamese place around, so it's unfortunate that she got so greedy. Also, the one time that I ordered pho soup she neglected to provide any lime or basil leaves or other things pho restaurants provide.

Very disappointing with this restaurant. Besides the plates being slightly expensive, they decided to cancel my order on DoorDash even though I had placed the order before 8pm. Waited almost a whole hour and they canceled the order at like 8:07. Would’ve appreciated if they would’ve cancelled as soon as I placed the order, won’t be ordering from here again.

the service here was slow, and the food wasn't very good for the wait. i then came back again, several months later, and ordered food to go. the pho was okay and my boba tea was really bad. i could barely drink it. overall i haven't had a great experience here, which is so disappointing because i love vietnamese food and this is the closest vietnamese restaurant to where i live by far.

If I could rate this zero stars I would. I ordered a honey milk tea boba and this man came out with a cup of pure, urine colored artificial honey mixed with water that had 5 boba pearls in it. Remember, I ordered a MILK tea. There was not a single trace of milk in this god awful concoction. They don’t have any plain milk tea flavor and when I asked, the man chuckled at me and looked so confused as if plain milk tea didn’t even exist. I can assure you all the drinks are probably as sickeningly sweet and artificial as this one was. Oh, and to top it off I paid seven dollars for a drink that went directly into the trash can. This is a terrible establishment with the customer service to match.
