Very disappointed by The staff here are lazy eating lounge is dirty, trash everywhere, french fries on the floor holes in seats with duck tape .. wouldn’t recommend eating here .Only reason I ate here is cuz the bk in Santa Cruz was to far for me go . That bk is super clean and I swear the fries are made with some special salt lol you gotta try it to believe it ..

Use the app! If you can. The b-fast coupon you get in the mail is my favorite. 2 bfast sandwiches, coffee and hash browns for $4 or $5. ONE kinda dumb thing though... The iced coffee actually cost 30 cents LESS than the hot coffee but I asked to switch my coffee to an ice coffee and they charged 60 cents MORE for a drink that costs less. 🙈 #fail. But it was a hot day so whatever, I paid the 90 cents difference. Definitely a glitch in their system though... Charging me more for a drink that costs them less to make. Employees were nice though and quick.

Absolutely terrible experience. I waited in the drive thru line for 40 minutes (by the time I realized it was a bad idea, it was too late). There were only 5 cars ahead of me. I ordered 2 sandwiches (not meals) and 2 orders of nuggets. Get to the window and they are not taking cards. Not a huge deal since I carry cash. My order cost $16.47, I paid with a $20 bills. Didn't look at the change or the order till I got home since I was in a hurry. But I was given $6.55 change, which would be a win if they had given me the $7 sandwich that was missing. On top of that,, i did not get a receipt. Tried to call them, but the number listed connects to something that sounds like you were dialung up to AOL.
