After sitting at table & many eye contacts w/employees. . Thought service sucked. No one said anything after 8 min, finally got to counter only to see the ONLY menu there. Apparently you order/pay there & wait to be called. PUT SIGNS UP, so people know things changed!! But having my food served on

LOVE the food. Just wish it wasn't EXTREMELY GREASY. It's like they dump half a gallon on there for everything. Also wish they'd get hooked with Doordash. Money being lost with how many people use it and how Steak n Shake doesn't do delivery. I'd probably order multiple times a week if they did door

When eating here me and my partner notice this amazing car for a car show that was happing down the street, our sandwiches where great however my fries tasted old like that have been sitting most of lunch, was no a fan, but other than that is was great

AMAZING food & service today. Came during lunch rush, got my food in record time. Hot fresh fries, perfect cherry coke & my sandwich was massive & delicious.

The food at this location was some of the best I've had from Steak n Shake. Great job!

Today's crew apparently is unaware of the pandemic. I saw 3 employees from the drive thru & none were searing masks. The food is always good which is why I gave 3 stars.

They were friendly and the food was great. We will be back!!
