First off, I ordered from here a couple weeks ago. A good 80-90 dollar order. They forget my 12 piece wings. Went back got my order & another drink they didn't give. Came home & the sauce looked like it was just poured on top. Shook it off & now I come here for lunch & get this BS. This sonic I use

It's essentially the place where teens work to kill time, so the range of service is a bit inconsistent. However, there are a few times that I've received great service. Food is average for your basic fast food chain.
Order was mostly correct but missed a couple small things even though we ordered via the app. The food quality was poor. We generally enjoy sonic, but this was was less than adequate.
Getting what you order, and especially what is on your order, seems to be a major hurdle for the employees of this establishment. I'm giving this Sonic 5 stars because they actually gave us ranch cups. The bar is not high for Sonic. I always ask for ranch and never get it. This Sonic, I didn't even ask and was given ranch. I exclaimed in joy.
