Great friendly service, great sandwich - not sure why all the bad reviews

It actually was a good experience because they had a worker who actually knew how to make a sub properly. Even though it's done right in front of you as some people just don't know how and at this particular Subway they have at least one worker there that makes a good sub
I got greeted as I walked in, smiled the whole time while serving us and was happy to hear we were dinning in. Great place, good food, and SUPER clean. 10/10
I come here frequently, there is usually always 2 people working during lunch. I went in on Monday during lunch with a line to the door. The new girl, I believe her name is Heather, she was working alone, she was quick, courteous, and very pleasant to deal with. I also went in again last night (Tuesday) and she was waiting on customers while the other lady stood there and watched from the back. She is always so nice and clean and professional compared to everyone else that works there. Her and the younger girl I think Sarah are the only ones I like dealing with. Everyone else seems to have an attitude and not enjoying work.
I like the staff, fast service, and cleanliness. The food is fresh, and consistent. The bathroom needs updating and sometimes has closed sign when does not need to be. Also buy bottled water, the machine water has a funny taste.
We got the #2 toasted - steak, peppers, onions, spinach, tomatoes, jalapenos, pepper jack, and Chipotle sauce on Multigrain. It was yummy! 😋
Very nice subway. Nothing wrong with it. Very nice food also. But the staff was not so friendly.
