The shop is nice and in the middle of Watkins Glen. The staff is friendly, and the store is cute. They have lots of yummy ice cream flavors to choose from. You can also sit outside because they have plenty of seating. You can park on the street only.
Came to visit the finger lakes for the short weekend, didn’t think we would bump into a Ben & Jerry’s, had to make a pit spot! Super cute store! I got 2 flavors - marshmallow sky and had to get the original half baked! Definitely will be back again when we visit
We love all of our Ice Cream shops in Watkins Glen. We are happy Ben&Jerry's has re-opened for the season. Everyone seems to have a favorite at each spot,bringing back memories. Happy kids, happy parents.

First time here. It was awesome. Staff is super friendly, place is very clean n the icecream mmmmm lord yes. My taste buds were jumping with joy. This little shop is a MUST STOP!!!! We will definitely be back.
Never been there before. Visiting Watkins Glen from Pennsylvania so excited to see a store and so glad we went. The only thing I regret is not getting more scoops 🤦🏼♀️. If you're in the area definitely treat yourself loved the chocolate dipped waffle cones. On street parking was free
First time at an actual Ben and Jerry's. I liked their ice cream from the store. I can't necessarily say that the selection at their store is much different from a grocery store, but it just tastes better from the store. It may be fresher or it just may be the psyche that I am sitting at a Ben and J
Every worker was super attentive and very nice. There was hardly a wait, but we paced the small line behind us due to the 5 people in our party. Anyway, we had ample places to sit inside and out. Along with photo opportunities with the Ben & Jerry's old Chevy car parked on the one way side street.
